Frequently Asked Questions

Will it really only take one day to reset a room?

In many cases, yes. Because I do this work every day, I’m able to move efficiently and make decisions quickly. Most kitchens, bedrooms, closets, and offices can be transformed in about five hours. Larger or highly cluttered spaces may require additional time, which we discuss transparently.

What if my space is really messy or embarrassing?

You’re not alone — and you’re not being judged. I’ve seen everything from mild clutter to extreme overwhelm. My role is to help, not critique. Most clients tell me they feel relief the moment we start.

Do I need to buy storage bins or products?

Not necessarily. I start by working with what you already have. If new products would genuinely improve the system, I’ll suggest practical, budget-conscious options. You always have the final say.

Do I need to be home during the session?

Ideally, yes — at least for part of the session. Your input helps ensure the systems match your habits and preferences. For returning clients, partial or full absence can sometimes work, depending on the project.

How do I prepare for a Room Reset?

You don’t need to pre-clean or organize. The most helpful preparation is simply being open to letting go of items that no longer serve you. If possible, clear a small working area so we can move efficiently.

What happens if we don’t finish in five hours?

If more time is needed, we’ll decide together whether to extend the session at the hourly rate or schedule an additional day. My priority is to avoid rushed decisions and create systems that last.

How far in advance should I book?

Availability varies, but I recommend booking one to two weeks ahead when possible. Multi-room projects should be scheduled earlier to secure consecutive days.

Is organizing worth the investment?

Most clients say the biggest benefit isn’t just a tidy home — it’s reduced stress, easier routines, and time saved every day. Organizing is not about perfection; it’s about creating a home that supports your life.

Can you help with chronic clutter or ADHD-related challenges?

Absolutely. I specialize in creating realistic systems for busy households and neurodiverse brains. The goal is not rigid rules, but simple habits that feel achievable.
